Mix Tape: “I Never Saw You Again” A Mix From Ning Nong

I first met Jim Siegel (aka Ning Nong) when he was working at Hospital Productions in New York City.  I was impressed by his near encyclopedic knowledge of music, (naming catalogue numbers of 4AD releases at any given time), and found out we grew up in two Bostonian suburbs that are literally connected.  Thus began our friendship.

As well as putting his insane record collection to good use as a DJ, he also keeps busy as a drummer in two bands.

It’s about time he made a mix for 13:13.  I ask him a few questions to dig deeper in to the man behind Ning Nong.
